This course gives an understanding of the different elements and purposes of a scientific proposal and suggests strategies to avoid common pitfalls. It comprises a step-by-step plan for crafting a winning proposal, from early preparation through to submission. After the completion, it enables the participant to assess and implement proposal guidelines, understand what each section of the proposal requires, formulate the research proposal with the help of examples and guidelines to anticipate potential obstacles in writing the proposal, international and national project bidding capacity, Logical Framework Analysis (LFA) and develop strategies to overcome or avoid them.
